Dreams are a direct gateway to the Unconscious. Most people do not realize the extent to which their Unconscious rules their jobs, relationships and lives. Using dreams to explore this rich territory, you will discover the boundless resource available to you.

This weekend workshop, facilitated by Bob and Hilary, is an opportunity to join 10-20 other participants with widely varying levels of dreamwork experience for a fun, deep, immersive and eye-opening journey. Together we will examine, experience and celebrate the inspiring, vast world of symbols and the Unconscious. Every participant will have the opportunity to work their own dream during the weekend, and additional experiential exercises will deepen your facility with symbols and the exploration of your own dreams. The overall approach is experiential, organic and spontaneous rather than scholarly or data-oriented, mixing spiritual traditions with the pioneering work of Carl Jung and the sacred psychology movement.

In addition to working with dreams, we will meditate with the sunrise, eat delicious family-style meals as a group, and laugh a lot -- just to name a few things! The location offers panoramic Bay views on every floor, and there are nature trails just steps from the front porch. There will be time for hiking, exploring or napping during the course of the workshop.

If you already have experience working with dreams, this workshop is a great forum to collaborate with the many skilled dream workers in attendance, to strengthen your skills, and to add to your existing knowledge. If you're new to dream work, this weekend will serve as an invitation to enter a rich and exciting new world.

You will leave the weekend with:

• A set of tools and resources that can be applied to your dreams and others'
• A great deal of practice using those tools
• A community of like-minded people to use as an ongoing resource
• A direct experience of your own dream world that will give you a much deeper, broader understanding of yourself and your dreams.

About Bob and Hilary Beban

Bob and Hilary Beban have worked with well over 1,700 dreams in a wide variety of settings during the past 19 years. They have worked dreams in individual therapy, one-on-one life coaching, workshops, dream groups and school settings. Hilary has taught dance and movement for 21 years, and they have both led groups of as many as 100 people in consciousness and self-actualization studies for Pathways Institute.

They are both graduates of the four-year Pathways Institute Mystery School, members of the International Association for the Study of Dreams (IASD), and are Certified to facilitate group and individual dreamwork by the Marin Institute for Projective Dreamwork. They are members of an ongoing self-led dream group that has been meeting monthly for 12 years. Their dreamwork approach blends Jungian psychology and modern spirituality with an active social conscience and a Buddhist perspective.

Bob and Hilary are married and live in Kensington, California with their two daughters.
